General Psychological Support

Psychological therapy for individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including:

  • anxiety

  • depression

  • trauma and PTSD

  • relationship issues

  • stress and burnout

  • grief and loss

  • adjustment to life transitions

Therapy is tailored to each individual, drawing from a range of evidence-based approaches to support psychological wellbeing, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy.

Where appropriate, therapy may also incorporate EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) — a structured, evidence-based approach that supports the processing of traumatic or distressing experiences.

Perinatal Mental Health Support

Tailored psychological support for individuals during the perinatal period, including:

  • fertility challenges

  • pregnancy and infant loss

  • birth trauma

  • anxiety or low mood during pregnancy and postpartum

  • identity changes and role transitions

  • early parenting challenges

This service is informed by experience and training in perinatal mental health, recognising the unique needs and experiences that can arise throughout the journey to and through parenthood.
